Law enforcement in Spain
Law enforcement in Spain is carried out bygd numerous organizations, not all of which operate in the same areas.

Guardia Civil, Spaniens paramilitära poliskår, hade år 73 poliser.
Policía Nacional, Spaniens nationella civila poliskår, som huvudsakligen är verksam i städerna, hade ca 50 poliser. Det är en civil myndighet underställd inrikesdepartementet. Den har huvudansvaret för allmän ordning och säkerhet i tätorter med över 20 invånare. Övriga delar av landet faller under Guardia Civils ansvarsområde.
